I visit friends here often, and 4 couples have moved there from my rv park. Peaceful, tidy, and all my friends love it there.

Wonderful people! Lots of great music and singers at their spacious community center! Beautiful home sites. - very tidy, gorgeous community! LOVE these folks at Dogwood!!!

Very nice mobile home park. People are friendly. Manager patrols park to make sure everything is ok. Great people.

55 plus community with community pool, shuffle board, music jams, and other park events. Park owns land. Occasionally homes for sale. Man in park has mowing service $10 cut, weed wack, blowand edge as needed.

Lot Rent is 297.00 per month. we have a club house, putt putt golf, heated swimming pool,you pay for your electric, trash pick up. Each home is metered so you will get a water and sewer bill on your rent statement each month.

There were a few for sale when I was there,not to sure about renting.idont think the park has rentals,call and ask, or have someone check the bulletin board
