6 years ago, a fine campground. Then due to familial owner's conflict, deli was closed, promised WI-FI never materialist, no more sandwiches from deli, office usually unmanned. Things just spiraled down from there. NO longer a desirable destination. Restrooms / showers closed. Response: "The residents have showers and restrooms in their RVs".

My Mom actually lives in Wynnhaven Mobile and Rv park. It is a cool place to live. They have a store on the premises called Paw-Paws. It's a convenient little store selling everything you could imagine for camping but also has common Staples for the residents that live there. The park has an area to fish and also has benches to just enjoy being outside.

We went on a Monday, store was closed. But we could NOT even use the bathroom 🚻 IT WAS LOCKED. We used the picnic area while we switched riders on an airboat. We paid the $5.00 for parking, we did not have a trailer/boat. We were told the restrooms were available. So we had to find other means for restrooms. Overall dock and picnic area was nice compared to the one on 622C.

Wonderful location. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable over 55 park. Close to Floral City and Bushnell.

Alex is correct, no cabins for rent, this is a 55+ full time rv park.
I just visited by boat. Keep asking maybe someone from there will answer you. It's a very nice camp site and store on property. Boat ramp. Nice camp site.

We are a 55+ long-term RV/mobile home park, with annual lease options only. There is no camping, monthly rentals, or cabins on site. Thank you, Wynnhaven Management.
No! No you are not allowed to go there and just "chill" the owner will RUDELY ask you to leave! We stopped once to eat our sandwiches by the water.... Owner came down in his golf cart told us to Leave NOW (had been doing this for 30 yrs before new owner) My friend got chased off last night because she was there waiting on her brother and father to come in from airboating! Ridiculous! This place USED to be AWESOME! New OWNER is a DICK!
