I cannot say enough good things about The Heritage! All of their staff are so kind, caring and supportive in how they treat and interact with the residents and family members! My Mom had a black out episode after lunch last week, and within seconds, much of the staff were there, to include the head nurse (she must have ran!). All was okay, but they monitored my Mom and worked with me in communicating with her doctor. Thank you!

They went from hero's to zeros in under a year:( Can't get the nursing staff to call when there's an emergency or to return a telephone call. Keeping staff appears to be an issue also.......
