What does it take to get service in your restraunt, literally say for 10 minutes, had one of your staff put sugar and condiments on the table and walk away, finally got fed up with being being completely ignored by the staff and walked out.

Never had an issue at one of their locations previously, the place was very slow, at the time I stopped in. Just one of those things, or just the location.
