Ordered pancakes, received the bag upside down without utensils, butter, syrup or napkins. When I asked for them I received an attitude and was told by the young lady that gave me my food that I had an attitude when I complained. Unprofessional. Will not return.

Didn't understand how they were busy as hell and I still got semi hot French fries. I would have gave them 2 stars but the staff was super friendly

I just had the worst experience at the McDonald's on Hauck Rd. I waited over 40 minutes for a curbside pickup from a mobile order. I called at 20 minutes & was told they were just getting my 3 sodas together. I waited another 10 minutes & was told the same thing when I called again. Then the food came out without the sodas. He said that they were short-staffed which would have been fine if I hadn't seen cars come & go from the drive-thru. He then told me that the drive-thru customers were the priority & next time I should use Door Dash. Are you kidding me? I also ordered 2 orange juices, which they didn't have & don't have the ability to refund me for & I have to do it through customer service & spend more time to get this done. I will never go to this McDonald's again!

Worst customer service ever. Do not come to this location. I just received my food 20 minutes after my order was placed. Door Dash and a lady after me got their orders first. I asked a girl up front if they knew how much longer because I'd waited close to 20 minutes by that point. She said, I don't know, and walked away. I asked if there was somebody who could tell me. The manager, I'm assuming, walked up and said I was in the kitchen. No smile, no friendliness from either. I explained I'd been waiting for 20 minutes. She said, you want a refund? I told her that I just wanted the status of my order. She walked away. I asked for ketchup, because the lobby was out. Nobody answered me. I've only ever received poor service from this location. Do not come here.
