The service was nice and helpful but the room was terrible. Not clean, comforter had stains, TV didn't work. The room smelled like someone had just smoked a pack of cigarettes. I went to the lobby and the nice gentleman gave me a can of spray it did help.

horrible we got there and the first thing I saw where people were smoking which I don't mind at all. but when we opened the door we knew we couldn't stay here it smelt like ash and there were burn marks in the bed. we stayed in room 337 and would not recommend this place. this is the worst red roof hotel I've stayed at. Not only was there not there where other questionable stains on the comforter. IT WAS SO BAD WE DIDN'T EVEN LOOK IN THE BATHROOM.

Checked out today under another name. Female staff was all rude except the men at the front desk. Old blonde lady was super rude. We've called and spoken to her over phone to ask weekly rates and she has told us twice they don't have weekly rates and are a transit hotel. She also said they don't let people stay here over a week. However during our stay it was clear there are people that have been there a while. I was standing on the balcony of the third floor in the back when I saw this lady who had been drinking like she does every night put her dog in another dogs face and her dog got bit... Sorry but rightfully so. They then harassed the dog owners. They are also friends with old lady at front desk and we were told she tried to throw them out at 4am with there babies and fur babies because they didn't have money to pay vet bill again Ohio is a leash state the lady had been drinking and put her own dog in harm's way also if someone is at a hotel let alone that one what makes you believe they have money? According to other guest who have been their a while her dog is never on a leash. We have also seen one of the lady's at the front desk walk around with two pit bulls and we've seen them fight each other. So obviously this is a very biased hotel. Besides that there is a lot of people who do drugs here and we've seen the resident that sells here. And no surprise they are friends with the hotel female staff. Been here on two different occasions in the past three months and both times my fiance and I checked in the rooms were dirty the towels had pubic hair and the room we were in said no smoking when clearly it had been smoked in. In my opinion you need better staff. There really isn't much you can do you when it comes to guest.. cant pick the guest that come here.. well unless your the old lady at the desk who apparently picks or who she allows to stay longer then a week. If you stay here with your fur babies do not let drunk white lady's approach you.. they probably just want money.

Microwave and refrigerators do not come standard here so if you try to save money don't expect to get one. Other than that it was fine, a little dirty but, that's to be expected at a hotel especially in Sharonville Ohio. Almost forgot, my air-conditioner won't go below 72 degrees. Now normally this would be tolerable but, my window is screwed shut and I'm on the third floor. People below me most likely have there heat on cause it March and a little chilly out there, also heat rises, so?!?
