Well IDK how to feel about my last purchase at Guy Strohmeier's. My car was totaled on Thursday the following Saturday I was in the dealership wanting a car, After a couple of negotiations I settled on a jeep. They promised it would be ready by Tuesday that was important because I have work and have no ride to work. Wasn't ready till the following Friday that being said i understand things happen but What took the cake was 30 minutes off the car lot the serpentine belt snapped and even though they said sorry like 10 times they were not willing to cover the 89 dollar tow bill back to the yard. Within my family we have bought at least 10 cars from Guy so i think there should be a little bit more customer service.

Bunch of bone heads. Don’t waste your time with Guy. He won’t show up on time for any appointments you have. He leaves when your in the middle of trying to get a deal done. Sold a car and weeks later found out they still need paperwork signed. Weeks after that I get a call saying I need to send a duplicate title when deal was already a couple months over with and they had actually already sold my car to another dealer who the. Already sold it to a customer . Jim is cool. Everyone else thumbs down. Everything is way overpriced

I got a nice truck from them recently! I love this truck ! Plus oil change and a wash! Can't go wrong with that kind of customer service!
