My wife and I showed up and there was a hostess with the manager or whatever she was talking. We stood without even being acknowledged for 3 minutes while they finished their conversation. The manager looked on her placement and the hostess took us to a small table. She barely said two words to us, then went back to her conversation with the manager or whatever she really was. We waited 10 minutes before the waitress finally showed up (was not busy.) She asked if us "ladies" would like something to drink as she walked up behind me. (I have long hair and she made an assumption before even getting to the table. Once seeing me with facial hair she never said a word.) She brought our drinks and left again. Didn't ask if we wanted to order. After another several minutes she came back and asked what we wanted to order. Then disappeared again. As we looked around she was not waiting on any other tables. Just disappeared after taking the order. Finally she brought out the food. We had the grandfather's country steak breakfast or something like that. The gravy was bland, thick and tasted like flour. I had to douse it with pepper and a little salt, which didn't really help. The biscuits were light and flaky. The grits were underdone and bland. We saw this waitress one more time as she asked if we needed anything else and cleared our table. She never even gave us her name. This was horrible service, bad food and no effort. The floors in the store area were sticky and dirty. No manager came to talk to us. The cashier offered to "find" a manager which we were too fed up for at this point and had a lot of driving to do yet. She then said we should really try another Cracker Barrel sometime for better service! We left a tip deserving of the service we received. $0.00

It was our first time at a Cracker Barrel, and it was an amazing breakfast experience! For a low price, the portions were large and the food was delicious. We ordered the Bacon & Egg Hashbrown Casserole as well as the Grandma's Sampler, and were delighted with the quality of it all. Couldn't finish it all and adequate takeout containers were provided. The caramel latte is delicious as well. each table has a little wooden handheld "Peg Solitaire" board to play while you wait for your food to come, so the wait time felt like less than five minutes. Servers and staff are friendly, atmosphere is nice, the decorations are very cool and make it nice to sit and talk over coffee or to enjoy your breakfast at any time of day. The restaurant over all is a great experience. Exterior (with the wooden rocking chairs for sale) and interior with the old wooden design and old-fashioned decorations make it fun for all ages. The tables, floors and washrooms are clean, the gift shop has a great selection and the parking lot is very large, good for trucks and trailers to park in. Cracker Barrel menu is great and this location in particular is very well maintained.

Yummy, plenteous, good-for-you food and accommodating server Tailor Marie were all that was needed to brighten the day for three weary travelers who wore the weight of bad news on their shoulders. She hurried and scurried, handling sizzling plates like a champ; she double checked on us twice, topping off drinks all around; one to-go container was requested early, but two appeared in a last-minute change from an overfull diner. A half-dozen warm and flaky biscuits got tucked in the carry-out bag, never to be heard from again. Can't brag enough about the Cracker Barrel's food or the service from Tailor Marie. We ❤️ Cracker Barrel in Cincinnati, Ohio!

It's fried and greasy - just like in the South. Nothing fancy - all is hot and service good when available. Wait was 45mins and food was another 30. The shop was a good way to pass the time. Everything is country - even the music.

Never had an issue at one of their locations previously, the place was very slow, at the time I stopped in. Just one of those things, or just the location.
I never used my veteran discount, but each city usually has a list of places that offer veteran discounts. This goes especially for Veterans day and Memorial day.
No, but as Mark mentioned you can call and place order, but I don't think they will bring it to your car, I always go inside to pick it up.. Make sure you check your order before leaving, we all human, we all make mistakes.
