When I walked in I stood at the counter with 5 people behind it. Not one person acknowledged I was standing there for minutes. Finally the one girl asks if she could help me. When works we’re walking I witnessed them walking without paying attention constantly and a kid who was with our group ran into one and they didn’t even stop to see if they were ok. Chuckie clearly hated his job and as soon as the music stopped walked off while kids stood there trying to get hugs. Staff does not care at all. I will however give the pizza and bread sticks a 5 out of 5!! They were amazing! Some of the best I’ve ever had. Way over priced for the level of service provided.

Had my child's birthday party there. Place was clean and accommodating. All the kids had a good time. Staff was pleasant. Only thing I could complain about is how long it took staff to go through the motions of the party. Like serving the food or moving the party along. But they like many other places appeared to be understaffed. So it's really no biggie compared to the fun and joy the kids experienced.

We went on a Monday afternoon while school was in session, and there were only like 2-3 other adults there with kids so it was perfect timing cause it wasn't crowded at all. BUT the service was well it was horrible!!! The only reason I gave 3 stars is because we had fun with the kids.

We had fun! We did however spend a small fortune on time cards and pizza, even with a combo deal and an online coupon. Pizza took about an hour and 20 mins to get, but it was yummy, I am not into stuffed crust either but to each their own. Lol! Chuck E. Himself did make an appearance but it was quick one... They did allow photos which I appreciated. Overall my 4 year old loved celebrating his birthday here this year. We had fun, played games, ate pizza & a 'slime cookie' (for halloween) and made some memories which is really what it is all about.

Pure Nostalgia. And boy was it ever a shell of its former self. "Not worth the price of admission"
Wow, I didn't know Chuckie Cheese has been discontinued. That entire area is being effected by Closed Businesses.
Its free to enter. Unlimited arcade is priced on chunks of time. There are pause stations around to pause the time on the card when not in use. From what I was told, any remaining time expires at the end of the day.
I agree with Kelli - a mess, food is awful - kids love it.
