I do not believe so. I am an ex New Yorker and happy you chose Handel's to visit. Its awesome. I know they have end of month discount Tuesdays and if one gives their # number, can accumulate points towards a free ice cream sandwich or cone.
I visited Handel's with my son while I was visiting from NYC. We went back a second time, having enjoyed their ice cream very much. Sorry, I don't know if Handel's sells gift cards.
