Why is it that in my neighborhood in Long Beach zip code 90813 we always get a different Letter Carrier? This last mail man we had was great he had been here for over 6 months & last week he got transferred. Can we please keep the same mail man?

It could be a lot of reasons, Training of new carriers, retirement etc.
