Item was out for delivery, then they never delivered it... after 10pm they said it was my request to have it held at the post office! I did no such thing! I never requested them to hold it at post office... i feel sorry for those who have to deal with them daily.

USPS has ruined my life. I've lived in the same address for a decade if not longer. I have a secure locked and keyed "Official US Mail Approved by the Postmaster General" mailbox. For the past year or so, my mail stopped being delivered with no explanation why... This was problematic enough, then last Labor Day, a pickpocket here in our "lovely city" stole my wallet, with my only valid Photo ID inside it. I immediately ordered replacement cards, and went to the DMV for a replacement ID. Nothing ever came. I've tried over and over again, and each time my ID is returned to the DMV office marked as undeliverable by USPS without explanation, and with the DMV being a "Proficient and Efficient Federal Service" they only offer delivery through USPS, no alternatives offered. Each time I file a service request with USPS, I get the same reply that there is nothing wrong in their system, and the service request is closed automatically before I can even reply, AS IF the DMV and every other sender is simply putting the wrong address on EVERY single piece of mail. The number they give me to speak to the service coordinator has never once answered, it rings and hangs up, not even allowing me to leave a message. Here we are going on 8 months later, and my once happy life has totally collapsed. Without my ID... I'm living like an alien in my own country, cut off from my own identity, unable to work, unable to get assistance, barely scratching by, desperately selling every possession I've ever worked so hard for to pay my rent and living expenses that continue to skyrocket. USPS will give me no explanation as to why this is happening to me, and offers no solution.... what am I supposed to do??? Just Die? I've always been a supporter of USPS, always used them over UPS and FedEx, petitioned for them when Postmaster Louis Dejoy tried to gut them... but they have now become the bane of my very existence... I'm at the very end of my rope... Thank you USPS...

I dropped off a package to this location and now the package is missing and the tracking number doesn't work. The staff is hit and miss, some being outright nasty and others being fine.

As far as I know! The only post office that's issuing passports is at the Redondo station! Call them!
Post office will accept C/C'd. or regular old fashioned monies! for money orders!

They close at 5:00 p.m.The box lobby is open until 7:00. The windows are open until 5:00. The last mail pickup is across 3rd Street is at 6:00 p.m.
Don't know! Haven't had one in number of years, but are secure way of protecting your mail, especially packages! Highly recommended against "Porch Pirates!"
I know you can get a passport at any Postal Service of United States it will cost you $150 for a passport thank you I'll be here all day

They close at 2pm not at noon. The box lobby closes at 4pm. There is a postage machine in the back lobby as well.
Actually LOBBY hours are 7am-7pm m-f 7-4sat. The post office INSIDE the lobby is open 830-5 m-f, 9-2 sat.

You will have to go to the post office and sign up for it...you can only use the address when receiving packages from ups and fed ex because they can not deliver to post office boxes. Once you get the paperwork in...you'll use the address and add your box number in the apt/ste #section.

Is there another drive-up mailbox in Long Beach or nearby? People with walking issues need the ability to mail securely from car's Driver window into the mailbox rather than struggling to walk up to a mailbox!!!

The post office closes at 2:00 PM on Sat.! but patrons can access their PO. boxes til about 7:00 thru the main lobby! 'Kay!
