The rolled chicken tacos were a limited time menu item. This decision is made by Taco Bell Corporate and the individual franchises (or locations) have no choice. I asked a staff member and he told me that the rolled chicken tacos were really popular so there is a strong possibility they may bring them back in the future. I hope this helps!
