The Better Air NW team of Tyler and Jordan plus Edgar completely removed and replaced all the ducting, insulation and vapor barrier under my home that had been destroyed by a cat or some sort of animal. They were polite, professional, prompt and proficient! They did a fantastic job and cleaned up very well each day. Better Air Northwest recently completed an HVAC cleaning on my (new to me) home. The techs were very personable and were more than happy to take a few extra minutes with each room to show off what they cleaned up and talk through their process. They put just as much effort in to their after care cleanup process as the actual vent cleaning itself, I'm pretty sure my carpet hasn't been that well vacuumed since we moved in. I hope I don't need my ventilation cleaned for a few more years but if I ever do, it'll be with Better Air NW.

Blake and Jarred cleaned our vents in our old house. They did an amazing job, they were very thorough and explained the entire process. I was very impressed with how detail oriented they were. We hadn't had our vents cleaned in the 7 years we've lived in our house, so they had a lot of dog hair in them. They did a deep clean of the entire system even though it took longer than they expected. Will definitely use again!

Johnny and Jesse showed up on time at 7:45am. They were very courteous and respectful of my home, and thoroughly went through the process so I'd understand what they were doing.
