I bought a blizzard, a burger, and some onion rings. When I got my food I started driving away and when I grabbed the blizzard spoon it made my hand sticky. I smelled something funny and realized it was vape juice on the handle after I took a closer look. I don't vape at all and when I called and asked for a refund on the blizzard they didn't believe me and wouldn't refund my order. 0/10

The drive through line was long and took a bit to cycle through. We got to the window and the gal working the dri e through noticed the wrong flavor of blizzard and had it corrected. Appreciated the attention to detail.

Very poor service today. Ordered a blizzard and it was made wrong twice. They then told me they could not make it again, and refused to make it right, but also did not offer any remedy whatsoever. It was definitely odd that they refused to make an order right that had already been paid for. Orders are frequently done incorrectly at this location but they usually will fix it if you catch it in time. Don't know why they refused this time. You might just want to avoid this location and try somewhere else. Just too many problems and not the excellent service of the Diary Queen of the past.

Very poor service. Ordered an ice cream cake 3 days prior and was not ready when picked up. Writing on the cake looked like a 2- year old wrote it. Had to tell them how to spell ' retirement'. Definitely room for improvement, won't be back.
