I have came here numerous times. I've always gone through the drive thru. This time me and my gf decided to go inside. Was not pretty. Place was extremely filthy. There were 2 employees came back from break . Didn't wash hands or put gloves on. . Went right to making ice cream cones for the drive thru. The blenders machines were a disaster. Not being wiped or anything between use. Employees were friendly and quick with order.

Here's the deal. I genuinely don't think it's the workers here. But I've given this place so many tries. However, nearly every time I go the line is backed up or there are maybe 4 cars and I'm in line for 20+ minutes. There was actually a time the line didn't even move for fifteen. But each time I've only seen maybe 2 employees. It's a busy spot. You can't expect 2 people to handle that. I typically only leave reviews if I feel like a place deserves five stars. I will say that the employees positive attitudes are what have saved the experience. They're actually always kind and composed, even though they're clearly running around trying to keep up. I'm sure I'm still going to go here though because my daughter loves ice cream from here.

I ordered a banana split and a blizzard on the Diary Queen app thinking it would make it faster for them, plus also get rewards on the app. I drive to Dairy Queen which is only a mile away from my house and there is a drive thru line out to the street. I finally get to the speaker 27 minutes later and they have me wait 3 minutes to even take my order. I tell her I ordered online and she said she has to look it up which took her another 2 minutes to get back to me and ask to pull up to the window. My blizzard had a lid on it (which should be handed upside down) and it was melted and the banana split was literally so mushy and blended together it was disgusting and I ended up throwing it out. What is the point of ordering on the app if this is the kind of food and service I am going to get?! How many more disappointed customers, bad reviews and complains is it going to take for them to get it right the first time!? Why would you hand a customer their meal knowing it is not right!? If it had been a mistake I would understand, but it wasn't. They knew it was wrong and they did it anyway.

We used to come here fairly often. The quality is beyond terrible. Today I ordered two basket meals and a kids meal. - 1st basket meal I asked for a side of gravy, and it barely covered the bottom of the little cup there was hardly any in there. Also no fork for the smothered BBQ strips. - 2nd basket I ordered the chicken bites and they were TINY. I can't describe it.. just look at the photo. 😐 - Kids meal, they said they would give me a coupon for the kids cone because my kid was asleep. No coupon was there. And the sprite in the meal was sugar water. No carbonation and gross. I gotta admit it was frustrating because I grabbed these meals to take my husband and surprise him at work for his birthday and the meals were not great at all. Very disappointing. 🙄

Yes they have a drive through. I was just at the one in Orchards about a month ago. It was nice and the employees were very friendly but I went inside to eat.
