Went to return my modem and get a new one and they never scaned it in. Got a bill in the mail saying I never returned it, Specturm then closed my account and to finnish it off They also never scanned the equipment they gave me. Had to have a technician come in and scan it. Honestly just a victim of a lazy worker that didn't care enough to scan in my equipment. It's crazy to think how 1 employee can make such a huge Negative difference in one's experience. I would Never go back to this store. Hope they all get fired. Make sure they scan your equipment or you'll regret it later.
