I had scheduled with some OTHER company to get my carpets cleaned for the first floor and the entirety of the finished basement but they completely forgot about our scheduled appointment. I contacted Sunfresh last minute since I needed to get at least the carpet from the first floor done asap and luckily they came out the same day! Though I wasn't able to get the basement carpets cleaned because they detected mold and recommended we get someone to check it out, I was very happy with the service done (the carpet smelled of amazing citrus) and their honesty in letting us know about the mold and would definitely recommend!
