Got my girls strawberry frostys and they weren't as flavorful as I was hoping. But this location has always been pretty good so I'll still give it a 4 star review.

During my visit the POS system had some technical issues. The cashier apologized, took my order, relayed it to the cooks, and said the meal would be free. On her way back the system came back online. I attempted to pay for my meal but, true to their word, would not take my money. This was customer service done right.

While in the middle of ordering in the drive through the clock rolled to 10pm. The manager got on the intercom and cut off the lady i was ordering from and said " I'm sorry you need to speed this up we are in the middle of tryin to close ". I was not hesitant between my orders until he said that. I confronted him about his statement, his response was I have children here that can't be here past 10. I told him that sound like a management scheduling issue, and more in other words.

It was a VERY bad experience this time. I placed my order, for a meal combo, paid for it, got my drink and only my burger. I asked the young gal about it and was told that's it. So l went and parked to look at my receipt and she was wrong. So l ended up having to go inside with my burger and my receipt and explained what had happened. So l head home, eating on the way. The hamburger was cold, the fries were good and hot as was another item. But l had also ordered a chocolate chip cookie and of course l didn't get it. Won't be going back there for a while.

Yeah, fast food restaurants change their menus sometimes, I'm not sure why they would get rid of it if people were buying it though.
