Why do I have to bring my own gun or a friend in order to rent a gun? I don't want to leave a gun locked up in my car all day, nor do I want to bring it to work. I live about two hours from my office which is down the street from your location.

Because people have gone to ranges for the sole purpose of renting a gun to commit suicide. I have actually witnessed this at another range before the law was passed.

I don't believe you have to bring your own weapon. They have decent rentals.
