Do they sell nice sushi knives?

I cannot recall seeing cutlery, just basic kitchen utensils. While there are many cutlery stores in southern California, try Anzen Hardware in Los Angeles' Japantown. They specialize in Japanese kitchen and household supplies. They have a variety of authentic Japanese cutlery. They are knowledgeable and been in business over 75 years. Recommend phoning first. Unfortunately, no. Sometimes they have a vendor that'll come in and sell a specialty product, but I can't recall them ever selling specialty sushi knives.
