No, only boating and i know they have some regulations about that too. Inspections, also for kayaks which are allowed. Must be 100 percent dry or they won't let you take it in the water.

I wouldn't nobody really does they fish here. Mainly fishing place so that would disturb the fishermen if your going to find a place no one is fishing at.
