All watercraft need to be inspected for zebra mussels before launching. Illegal to launch any floating device without said inspection. I've seen tubes and kayaks at anderson so likely coyote too. Best to call ahead to be sure.
Almost positive you can kayak on the lake. There is camping and a boat launch at the lake. Paddle board I'm not sure about
