Old and run down I've been to better forever 21s then this one. It needs to be updated it smells, it's a mess, and the employees weren't even at the registers. Need better training for employees didn't even realize they were there.

I have found great deals at this store. Their fashion earrings are so cheap but really nice. One card of earrings could have as many as 5 or more pairs in varying sizes for less than $10. I lose them all the time and for that price I don't mind too much.
