I have had a terrible stomach virus for two days now . I have had a headache the whole time but it is unbareable now. I suffered migraines for years and this is much worse.. I have tried tylenol and advil but I just keep throwing them up.Any ideas

The emergency room is probably a go to next step. They can address the migraine and perhaps help the stomach virus.
