I waited three weeks to get work done and NEVER got the work completed. Each week I went in there, a service technician made up an excuse as to why the work wasn't getting started. At first it was the parts wasn't in, second it was a specific technician missing, third week they told me it would not get done for another week. I just went ahead and took my car back. No one has time for that.
