My first time there has kept me coming back for tires since. That was over 20 years ago. Went in for new tires on a car I had bought used the tires on it were not in any kind of good shape. Doug got me set with a good set of new Coopers for cheap. Left there and on my way to work felt a back tire wobble. Stopped and called to explain what was going on. They sent a tech out to discover that tires lugs were not tightened. The tech replaced the tire, made sure the lugs were tight and told me have a nice day and sorry for the inconvenience. I have been dealing with them for my new tire needs ever since. They are always friendly and professional and treat customers like they would treat their own family. I just had my first ever issue from service at Bob’s. I had to get two front tires recently. I’m on a road trip now and just lost four lug nuts off one of those front tires.

Called and spoke to front desk and was told to come in by 4 to have my tire plugged. Made it to the shop by 3:40 with my young child and the same man I spoke to said "Sorry, we can't do it now. I've got 16 tires to put on before 5pm". He then said, we open at 7am tomorrow (Saturday). He knew I was on my way, told me to be there by a set time, I arrived early and then he turned me away. Such poor business and this is the second bad experience we have had there.
