Barely saw any staff during the visit and when I did they seemed like they didn't want to be there. There was a sweet woman working in the kitchen the next morning, who was very accomodating, but that is it. Hotel looks unkempt (hallways seem unvacuumed). Room was fine, except the ac unit made an intermittent ticking sound at night and didn't cool the room down. I was only there to sleep so I didn't make a stink about it. Surrounding area is industrial feeling and there's lots of construction.

The place wasn’t bad but it wasn’t the greatest. My biggest feedback would be cleanliness. Our bedroom was not clean thoroughly, there was a beer can on top of the shower and there was hair on the toilet. The rug was not vacuumed and had stains on it as well as the ones in the floor outside the room. The floors were dirty and the elevator. However the free breakfast was good and staff were nice. Definitely not worth the price but it’s better than nothing

As Hampton Inns go this is a real dump. I needed two rooms and four sets of keys to finally get settled in a place that was acceptable. The night manager was increasingly hostile as things continued to unravel. The wallpaper is peeling off of the walls and there is mold. The first room had a window with shattered glass. It smells like they are trying to cover up 20 years of bad smoking policy. I'll be asking for a refund tomorrow. In a word - look elsewhere.

Lobby nice pictures online are lies rooms and bathrooms not clean and not like pictures. Picture is of toilet paper holder and where one use to be. Elevator permit not up to date. Indoor pool down for maintenance all week. Breakfast is good of the morning. Everything needs updated very out dated
