I give our visit a 10. Every person we were helped by was on their game. From the valet on arrival to the front desk guy, the server in the lounge and the waitress and batista at breakfast, everyone sparkled. The room was spotless and well maintained, there ware plenty of clean towels at the pool, the carpets were clean and well matched to the decor and every light , lock and switch worked perfectly. The ac was a little loud but I had earplugs so I slept fine. 😴 thanks for showing us that quality staffing and management can be achieved in these tough days. Well done!

Main Street Guymon

The room was large and very comfortable, although the cleaning of the room was a bit poor. The staff at the desk and valet were excellent. The staff at the restaurant were worse than poor ... in addition, the hours of the one and only restauarant were very short and not handy at all for wanting to work and eat in the hotel. Thank goodness for Door Dash. The breakfast was good with good service, but for $20 it should have been good. It wasn't Hilton quality.

Fantastic hotel! The place is nice, but the staff are exceptional. I’ve never felt more taken care of and valued as a customer. From the valet, to the front desk, to the bar and lounge we had fantastic service. Highly recommend.

Great location. Very nice hotel with great rooms. I got a suite and that room is the size of some apartments I've been in. Many restaurants in the immediate area. They also offer rides to restaurants or anything within about a miles or so. They have a nice restaurant. This was an old high end, department store, back in the day. It has a ton of history. I really enjoy hotels like this. If the walls could talk. Easy access on and off the highway. The people who work here are all very nice, professional and courteous. Everything about this hotel was good. I enjoyed everything about this hotel and my stay. I highly recommend.
