If weren't for a late Greyhound to Richmond I would have never knew of this place. Had a business suite with a huge comfortable bed. The room was an efficiency type room. Had a 2 burner glass top stove and a large refrigerator. The staff was extremely courteous and kind. Bending over backwards for every creature comforts. I enjoyed my night here. Would do it again, gladly!!!

Positive: Clean, comfortable bed and so many pluses like stove, fridge and great staff! Very Attentive! I will definitely stay again! Negative: It could use new carpet, it¿s very old!!

Loved the location. Was greeted at the front desk. Room was very clean and bathroom was nice and big. The bed was really comfortable. It was located in a safe area.

My boyfriend said the service was good. The hotel was a slight improvement to a red roof in. Not the one across the street, but a different one. The red roof inn was cleaner, bug free, no stains, or disgusting looking furniture. We did not go back as it did not have a elevator and it caused problems. This hotel though. It was nice to have the fridge, a stove top, in general, a kitchenette, but the carpet was stained and crusty. We found a roach in the room. We thought it was dead, but it is very much alive. The bathroom is meh..stained tub with skimpy towel selection and poor quality for an ihg property. Thinish walls. Smelled like smoke/weed in some areas. No offense to my boyfriend, I love him to death. But he picks the worst hotels. I'm picking the next one. They allow dogs which is nice for us, but not so much because of the thin walls.
