I completed all the forms over the phone with the hospital representative a week prior to my scheduled appointment. Upon arriving the day of my appointment, I had to complete all the forms over again on a tablet, and no one could tell me why. The purpose of doing it ahead of time was to eliminate the wait time upon arrival, they didn't even look for what I had submitted. I still had to wait. The mammogram itself when smoothly and the person who operated the examining machine was very personable, sincerely caring, and polite. I have no complaints with her.

Really good doctors. Probably good nurses. The receptionist through (at 5:01 pm on 6/7/22 refused a warm blanket to my ill mother was freezing in the ER waiting room because the ER rooms were full. “They don’t have warm blankets”,- this non-caring receptionist said. Even though there was no people she had to address… So…. I went in and got my mom warm blanket. The receptionist was also requiring everyone to wear a face mask - Everyone except herself ‘cause she wore her mask down under her chin. I saved a photo, if Chippenham HR cares to see it…

My husband was admitted for a same-day procedure. All the nurses were very helpful and made me feel comfortable as I waited. The doctor came out in a timely manner to explain the procedure. The waiting room was so comfortable and plenty of room. The nurses were very informative and advised me of hourly progress. I'm very pleased to be part of the Chippenham family and the good quality care that comes with it.

Didn't have to wait very long in the waiting room. When I got sent back for pre-op, everyone was nice. The only real issue I had was my nurse blowing the vein in my left arm, after I warned her my veins were deep, they liked to roll, and blew easily. She tried several different angles of the needle, but couldn't place it. She then tried my right arm and got it the first try. In recovery, everyone was very caring and clear with their instructions for discharge. The whole process went smooth.

yes, they call them "nursing techs", but they function the same way as care partners.
You may have one person over the age of 16 accompany you to the ER.
I don't know cause my family had to go to another hospital for rehab
Yes indeed you can have your medical records to the VA. Of course there is a release you need to sign in order to get your records released. Not sure if you have a $$ charge for this or not.

Lately less than 10 minutes to get through triage.
The emergency room is probably a go to next step. They can address the migraine and perhaps help the stomach virus.
5pm is right. Pretty everything closes between 4 & 5pm.
