My dogs getting to the point of needing a to be put to sleep.. I was wondering if they do still do donations for that service an if I need to make an appointment.. if anyone can help with answering if appreciate it.

As long as you have documentation from a vet proving your dog is yours or a photo of you and your dog date stamped from a long time ago, they do it for free, without donations.
