The Humane Society does not accept animals. The city pound is across the street behind Target. County pound is off Cajon on the way to Devore. Both have limited capacity so they 'reduce' occupancy at intervals.
I don't think there is a fee but if they do is a small donation. Please make sure is a non killing shelter.
