I have a package that I am waiting for since the 9th of December. When I consult USPS tracking, I am informed that Industry postal distribution center received the package on the 9th of Dec and is still sitting on it. Nice to know that this agency is able to remain so incompetent and not have the Postmaster General looking in to their operation
I'm guessing you used first class right ? First class is almost treated like trash when it comes to accountability , the employees are not responsible for it , and not held accountable for late deliveries for first class because it's not insured or counted as a defect in their performance reports . It can sit on a shelf for weeks due to a damaged label in need of replacement , you didn't pay the correct amount , used the wrong box , or envelope . Or when they send it to the wrong state. Your item will sit on a shelf until someone finally gets to it after you poke them with tracking update that generate a search and puts them on notice , because now it's documented for a resolution . Never use uninsured first class unless you can afford to lose it, and not get compensated for it . My advice .. use priority insured one rate and forget about it .

The city of industry California post office is terrible .I order a package days ago .I ordered a package on April 11 and it is now April 24 and I still have not received my package. I paid for expedited shipping and I Have not received my package. The status states that the prackage has still not even been Ad sept it

it is July 8th (2020) and i too have been waiting on a package that has been sitting there since June 22 (2020)... what in the hell is up with you guys?! im gonna alert the company i bought the products from (Wheel Adapters USA) to go with UPS from here on out because you guys are screwing them with your below sub-standard service. ridiculous!
I used overnight priority shipping and it’s still been in their facility for 3 days
