Unfortunately, you can not pick up your package at a Distribution Center. The post office at 15421 Gale street is a Distribution Center. I worked there before. Do you know if your package is Priority or First Class? Is it big or small? If it's small, it might have been left behind in their equipment by accident. That's why you don't see movement with your tracking. Almost every package with a readable tracking number will get scan. I'm sorry that this has happened to you and your package. Another thing to note is that, if your package is not shipped by Priority or First class, it will get staged and left there for a few days before they process it. Reason for that is that they process Priority first, then First Class, and if they have time, they will process the standard mail. Standard mail are those that are not Priority or First Class. After a few days of being staged, those mail will then be processed like First Class Mail. I hope this bit of information helped.

I send my letter by priority mail no updates tracking system saying it is transition should be delivered by 3rd day and now past 12 days. Do we need this kind of service?
