I believe you don't have 2 pay unless you have a special event I believe you have to rent it

Just call de parks and recreation deparment and they tell you about it in the City of Fountain Valley... To be more accurate!!

You most likely have to call in and rent them. They're usually locked up but I think I've seen people play in the fields.
