Hi Philippe, As a municipal, 'open admission' shelter, Silicon Valley Animal Control Authority (SVACA) provides the cities of Campbell, Monte Sereno, Mountain View, and Santa Clara with the care of sick, injured, lost and abandoned companion animals. In 2017, 95% of the animals received at the facility were saved. We are proud to say that this figure exceeds how "no kill" shelters are often measured, saving all healthy and treatable animals; at the rate of at least 90%.
