That's not a question, that's a complaint. Perhaps ask the manager.

You need to actually call a waiter out or order at bar if you have gotten menu's yes it fustrating but the beers are cheap

Love the place go to a restaurant if you want a fine meal go to the honky-tonk if you want good music and drinks for a reasonable price

We had a great experience at the Nashville Palace! Service was great, food and drinks good and the music was outstanding. If you have a problem, talk to Tara (who is the Operations Manager) and she will make sure that it gets addressed immediately.

Never had a problem. Great food! Great service! Great atmosphere!

Was top class and friendly every time

Sit around the bar area, the bartenders are better than the waitresses.

We went once and it was crowded. Service was very slow. Food was OK but not spectacular. Music act was marginal. At least there wasn't a cover.

We have always been served well, but we always sit at the bar (upstairs). Great view, good sound and good service.
