Great venue for comedy and music. It was my first time at the venue. Easy to go to..I love that it is downtown especially when it's your first time in the city see you next year at rocknpod. Check out the metal Summit every Wednesday at 8pm where we interview musicians. We will be back doing the same spring next year. Looking forward to coming back to the venue.

Great space. Bar staff was friendly and quick.

We went to the HU Concert there and it was really great. It's a smaller venue and wasn't too crowded.

Yes....5$ lot pluss some after hour free parking in the businesses next door if you can find any got the best rock shows in town on Tuesday nights famous people show up so definitely come and it's free
It depends on the show, sometimes its 21 and up sometimes depending on the band they open it up to all ages
Hi Benjamin, We can scan your tickets from your phone. If you have mobile tickets, the email with the barcodes is all you need. If you have print-at-home tickets, we can scan the original PDF attached on your email. Please be sure that your phone screen's brightness is turned up all the way when the ticket scanner scans.
Yes. There is an outside patio for smoking. Entrance is near restrooms
Check your email. There's usually instructions sent out on where to go and what time closer to the actually concert date.
Can the test results be from a pharmacy?
No seats except in the bar uostairs.
Hi Jenna, We have two parking lots we share with the businesses on our street; these spots are free after their business hours. There is also another lot next to us that is open during our shows that is $10.
Of course. It's raining. And really enjoy that show!
Yes, but if it is full there is a lot across the street, too.
I believe so
Hi Abby, Unless otherwise specified, all 18+ shows are strictly enforced, regardless of accompaniment.
Hi Dylan, The Dorothy show on February 20th is strictly 18+. You can check the age restrictions for all of our shows at mercylounge.com
Depends on the venue. If a cocert with 1000 sales, SRO, with a few sears in back.
Hi David, The Josh Garrels show on 12/5 is all ages, so you are fine to bring your 17 year old.
They do sell merchandise before the concerts but I'm not sure about this one .My friend bought her a t-shirt they were like $25.
Hi Daniel, The RaeLynn show on November 1st is strictly 18+, regardless of parental accompaniment.
Hi Michael, In our other rooms, Mercy Lounge and High Watt, we have a few tables and stools that are first-come, first-serve. Cannery Ballroom is all standing room for the majority of shows there, but we are able to provide ADA accommodation as needed.
Hi Gloria, Each room has a few tables and stools that are first-come, first-serve. If you need ADA accommodations, please let a member of our security staff know.
Yes as long as it's not 18+
Hi Susan! This show is 18+, so no one under 18 can be admitted.
They usually sell food from a grill outside but nothing inside. Only drinks.
Yes, I believe they have handicap parking in their lot right outside. They do have a ramp to get into the entrance. It is all standing room only, so there are not any designated areas inside. But if you get there early enough you could get a close spot and maybe they would let you in early.
Well that sucks. Whats the point of selling VIP tickets if there's no VIP section. Smh. No wearing heels for me. Lol.
I'd recommend travelling light. You just never know and I'd hate to lose something either checked or stolen. I never take a bag to shows any longer.
Over 18 = Over 18
Hi Bob, general admission shows are standing-room only. Thanks for asking!
There is a lobby but not a lounge.
I have got once with tickets at the door and once with presold tickets. It depends on the artist and his/her following.
Depending on the show. There are all age shows sometimes. Most of them are 18+..
For concerts, standing, also gets very hot and stuffy, but it is what you getvwith live music venues!!
