There is a place inside the ferry building that sells dungenous crab. Then there is a large sea food place with an outdoor area that faces the ferry terminals and the bridge. It has indoor seating also.
I don't know, but just two days ago when I was there I found a fantastic lemon cake. I had been looking for months all over the East Bay and when I was just strolling past a bakery inside the ferry terminal there was My lemon cake. My point...go ! You never know what you might discover
You can try the San Francisco Seafood Company. I believe they sometimes still live crabs. You can try going to Fisherman's Wharf where they have Alottos. They sell fresh seafood. Most markers still live crabs.
Solely crab legs, .... I don't recall the past few times I have been by but they have live crabs for sale if you are interested and dishes with crab in it at some restraunts.
There is a grocery story with fresh meat et al counter. Restaurants there too but not kiosks like Fisherman's Wharf
They were when I was there two weeks ago.
