One of the most popular touristy place uou would find while exploring the beautiful city of San Francisco. Go early in the morning, have a walk there, you would fund children skate boarding, people just hanging out, drinking and eating, have a blast if a time, it is almost like a carnival going on, you see the beautiful port of SanFran, and trust me would have an incredible time. Traveling by ferry to the port is a great alternative to the train and the port building itself has a lot of character. The unique shops and restaurants are a real treat.

beautiful ferry building with lots of shops. Can view Bay bridge very well. The park in front of it was nice, except too many homeless people sleeping on the grass.

Loved this service. Allowed me to move between SF and Vallejo easily and gave a wonderful view besides. About the only thing I didn't like so much was the exposure to the weather while waiting to board. Tourists be reminded: always bring a sweater! It can get cold out there!
