Jim, are you trying to reach a Delivery Specialist? I got the same recording and I ended up calling Tesla Corporate for help. Note, when you call Tesla Corporate, don't enter your zip code and eventually the system will route you to a live person. Good luck
It all depends what department you are trying to contact. Since the tesla store is not like a dealership it is going to be tough to get a hold of someone on the phone and typically you'll get a better response via email.
It is very frustrating! Last week I pressed the button for roadside service, and said I pressed the wrong option, and I was transferred to a real person. Maybe I just got lucky, hope it helps.
