They have one at Fashion Island, although not for test drive
The store at Fashion Island has a Model 3 on display right now. There's currently a long line to see the vehicle along with a 4 minute time limit per group. But in a few weeks there shouldn't be such high demand anymore.
Next month but it is always welcome to take a look @ model 3 in service center (cannot drive though)
