10+ Stars… This was the best car purchase I’ve ever made. I came to Tesla Costa Mesa because I felt I didn’t get the right sales associate at Tesla Fashion Island. When I first walked in I was greeted respectfully and professionally by Pooja that made me feel like if she was someone close that I knew. I honestly recommend Pooja for your purchase, she’s very nice, understanding and she also has all the right answers. I spend many months on Google and watching videos on YouTube to see if my Tesla was a good purchase to make, I actually got to learn so much that when I asked her questions about the vehicle she knew the right answers and that is how I knew she was the perfect sales associate. You will never feel pressure or receive unwanted calls from her like other dealerships, every time she needed to call me she would text me first to see if or when was a good time to call. If you plan on buying your first or next Tesla ask for Pooja you cannot go wrong, I had an amazing experience here than buying any other car or buying a Tesla online or at a different location.

I had an appointment for the delivery of my model Y at 1:00 pm and the car was ready around 1:20 pm. This was by far the best car buying experience ever. I ordered the car and reserved it in March 2021, waited for the car to become available/built, and took delivery. Everything is done online, no middle-man, highest level of transparency, and more importantly a great quality product. I love our model Y and will get another Tesla next year after returning my Mercedes lease.

The Tesla showrooms need to have more sample items of what they sell on-line. Plus they should have videos of the 20 most common question playing on a video screen. For example: What does the 220 volt plug look like and how do you plug the charger into the car. There are no keys but the app is on your phone. Do you start it? No. How do you drive it? How often should you charge it? etc.

1. You could choose wall charger or mobile charge. 2.normally use nema14-50outlet as wall outlet. 40amp is recommended, the breaker and gauge use 50 amp setting.
You need to contact Tesla directly, but they do have a lot of cars and can get one quickly. We got our in a week after ordering it. Go online and do your deposit, get your finance letters ready and you should be able to make the cut off.

Tesla releases beta versions not because they are not 100% working, but because it means you need to be aware of bugs that might occur. Summon and self park work very well, but will forever be slow.
No change to delivery time so long as you pay in full. Can pay from your account or from loan company.
