What can I do with a hummingbird that has flown into a window and must be more than just stunned? I've given it some nectar, and placed it where it won't become victim to other animals.

You are correct Gina. The Humane Society in Oceanside takes injured birds and keeps them until Project Wildlife comes in to pick them up. There is also the San Diego Wildlife Center in Carlsbad if that is closer to you.

You can take it to the Humane Society in Oceanside-the cat campus. We took a bird there a few months ago.
