I was just told earlier this week BY Spectrum Rep to take my old equipment to any UPS store, they would scan and ship for me.
Spectrum ships everything FedEx, if they shipped your equipment to you for self-install there should be a FedEx return label in the box your equipment arrived in. If a technician installed your equipment and they brought the equipment with them then you have to call Spectrum for instructions on how they want you to return the equipment, whether dropping it off or shipping it back to them.
