We have had few problems with UPS over many years. Our drivers have been friendly and helpful. Recently I received excellent help from the Customer Center in Pendleton regarding an Amazon return. The UPS representative went way out of her way to solve my problem. You might try dealing with the Customer Center directly with your issue because it deserves the personal attention that the local Center can provide.
