Everyone knows they jack-up their prices, then offer specials and discounts. This would be worth it--to hunt the discounts--except that every a Safeway or Albertsons I go to is under-stocked. But it's those occasional hot find that brings people back.

Staff is usually pretty good, but customers can be quite abusive towards staff and each other. Good selection of produce, including some good tropical fruits

I don't think so. But you can at Walmart. 1 block from Safeway
They carry new cards up at customer service desk. All you gotta do is ask for one. There is a phone number to call on the back of the card that will get you started on the activation of the card and getting your phone number set up on it.
First thing is tell her how you feel mistreated and make her superiors aware of the situation and your already in the right place by sharing your experience with the public. A little review can go a long way. I'm up to 60 some thousand views on one of mine...summer don't worry chances are if she's getting a bad review she's had priors. Employers don't like wave makers.
