One of the employees was VERY rude. I was talking about how i dislike the self checkout machines at safeway and she replies with "well you can go somewhere else" in a very rude tone. Then just continues to be rude. to be rud to be rude.

First thing is tell her how you feel mistreated and make her superiors aware of the situation and your already in the right place by sharing your experience with the public. A little review can go a long way. I'm up to 60 some thousand views on one of mine...summer don't worry chances are if she's getting a bad review she's had priors. Employers don't like wave makers.
