Absolutely terrible service. Have always been able to overpay on COD deliveries with the remaining balance applied to the account. Today our driver (either named Kathy or Christy, can't remember), said they couldn't do it (event though it has been allowed multiple times before). She then through other drivers under the bus saying "they're new and probably don't know what they're doing". While trying to get her name, her bosses name and a number to reach out to resolve the issue she kept walking away saying "I have a time limit, call the 800 number". She also kept saying "well I told you the right amount so this isn't my problem". It is your problem - You've accepted the overpayment multiple times before without issue. Every time she has attempted to deliver she is in a bad mood / hurried & rushed and acts like it's an inconvenience to do her job. There's a reason UPS has an increasingly lower rating, poor customer service with no ability to reach out to anyone in a higher up position. What a joke of a company.

I was just told earlier this week BY Spectrum Rep to take my old equipment to any UPS store, they would scan and ship for me.
I think you posted this to the wrong business.
Yes you can ship here. They are open Monday through Friday from 3 to 6 PM.
